The Potted Garden: A Planter for Every Purpose, from Rejuvenation

It’s the time of year for planting seedlings, cultivating spring flowers, starting an herb or vegetable garden, and dotting pots and planters all over—along the front path, on the porch steps, and around the patio. We like creating planter gardens this time of year in particular, when the weather is still changing: Unlike an in-the-ground garden, you can easily move pots inside, outside, and around the garden as needed, and rearrange your garden however and whenever you please.

Whether you’re creating an extensive kitchen garden, taking in some new houseplants, or readying a patio for a season spent lounging outdoors, Rejuvenation’s brand-new outdoor shop has pots and planters for every need. Here are a few we’re admiring.

Above: At left, a trio of teak Jasper planters: the Jasper Rectangle Planter (from $349), the Jasper Square Planter (from $299), and the Jasper Rectangle Planter with Storage ($599), which has a bonus shelf for keeping garden essentials (or more potted plants). Each has a powder-coated aluminum liner and plenty of drainage; some designs are available without legs as well. At right are the Modernica Raised High-Pan Planters ($279), each with a steel base. Without drainage, they’re ideal for indoor use, and are available in minimal, matte black or white.
Rejuvenation’s got plant stands, too. Mix and match any of their petite planters on these Scandinavian-inspired Black Tray Plant Stands—available in one-tray (\$\149), two-tray (\$\1\29), and five-tray (\$\279) options—for a multi-level garden, indoors or out.

These industrial-style planters only look metal—but they’re actually made of lightweight, frost-proof fiberstone composite. They’re available in black or grey as well as a variety of sizes and shapes; we like the Modern Fiberstone Square Planter (\$\199; far left) and the long, low Modern Fiberstone Rectangle Planter (\$\299; second from left) for separating outdoor “rooms” on a patio.

Try the tiny Brice Small Planter (front and center, in white; \$34) for growing basil or mint indoors or out, or the Brice Large Planter with Tall Modern Metal Plant Stand (in back; \$\169) for a statement plant in the living room.
